For about 20 Sweet Crèpes:
- 250g of flour (corn flour for gluten free style)
- 50g of corn flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 litter of milk
- 30g of Brown sugar
- A hint of salt
- A tablespoon of east
- 2 tablespoon of cooking oil
Some lemon zest or vanilla sticks and orange Blossom extract.
For the adventurous one, you can also add 3 tablespoon of Rum 😉
First Mix flour, sugar, east, salt and eggs together.
Then slowly add the milk to make it silky smooth, and alternate with the Rest of the corn flour.
At the end add the lemon zest or vanilla and orange Blossom extract And the Rum!!
Use an oiled pan (has to be very hot) and the tricks is to make them as thin as possible with less holes in it.
If you can Flip it in the air then you are FRENCH!!
