TRUFFES AUX MARRONS

(CHESTNUT TRUFFLE)

Preparation time: 15min

NO Cooking time (reserve for 3hrs)

Ingredients for about 25-30 Truffles:images

  1. 215g  Cooking dark chocolate (70%)
  2. 100g  Iced sugar
  3. 500g  Chestnut cream
  4. 110g  Butter
  5. Some pure Cacao powder

 

Melt slowly the Chocolate in a big saucepan then add the butter

Remove from fire, then add iced sugar then the chestnut

Put the mix in a bowl and put in the fridge for at least for 3hours

Make small balls with your finger (or a spoon) and roll it in Cacao

Keep it in a cool place but not in the fridge.
